"I called them right before they closed because I just got off of work and I needed to make an adjustment to my policy. They weren’t going to be open until Tuesday because of the long weekend so they put in the extra effort to help me out so I didn’t have to wait until then. Lerin was knowledgeable and made the process super fast and easy. I wish I could give more than 5 stars for the amazing customer service. I really appreciate your team going out of their way to help me."

"Lerin was very thorough in preparing a quote to help me make an educated decision about switching insurance carriers. I had been with my previous carrier for 37 years. "What amazing customer service! I had put off getting my car fixed from a collision with my garage. When I finally contacted Joe Andrus’s office they immediately got me a claims number, contacted a repair shop and arranged for a rental car. "After many years as a customer for home owners and all vehicles they decided to do a roof inspection. I was aware of a small area that shingles had blown off of and they required repairs. As a carpenter with roofing experience I chose to replace them myself. I contacted Joe Andus office and spoke with Pam. She thought that would be fine and asked for pictures when complete.
Once I sent her pictures she submitted them to underwriting. They replied that they needed the contractors receipt. Spoke with Pam again and she wanted the contractors receipt too. She recalled our conversation but now I had to get a contractor. I had a contractor come out and he verified repairs were acceptable and billed me for repairs. This portion of the house is scheduled to be torn down for 2 story addition in 3 months, they are aware of that as well. Today I received a letter stating they won't be renewing my policy. In the 5 years as a customer I have never filed a claim. .......................... I had to retract part of this review. Joe Andrus called after this initial review posted. He was professional and understanding regarding events leading up to my decision to write the review. I believe if I had dealt with him directly, some heartburn could have been avoided. Monday, State Farm decided to renew my policy . After the lack of customer service from corporate I made other arrangments and found another company to provide all of my insurance."

I understand how frustrating this situation was, especially given the timing of the letter you received. The documentation that was requested was ultimately reviewed and accepted, and the non-renewal was withdrawn. Unfortunately, the letter had already been generated before that review was completed.
That said, it’s clear we could have communicated more clearly during the process, and I take responsibility for that. We take feedback seriously and use it to improve how we guide customers through situations like this going forward.
I appreciate the years you trusted our office and wish you the best, regardless of where you choose to insure moving ahead."
