"Previously, I was with Progressive, and their quotes and policies are way too expensive and the customer service is horrible. I was on the phone with a Progressive Agent and she was extremely rude and would get frustrated at me when I would ask her questions or for her to explain things. After that phone call I decided to try State Farm and get a quote from them. I was on the phone with Lerin Porter and he was extremely helpful! He explained the policies very thoroughly, answered my questions, was very patient and very kind. A huge difference from my experience with Progressive. Mind you, I was with progressive for 3 years with my previous vehicle, very happy I switched to State Farm. Thank you Lerin for your help!"

"Trevor and the amazing office staff at this particular SF location are awesome! Trevor is *extremely* helpful in explaining and helping me understand the choices I have when it comes to my auto and life insurance. He helped pick the right paths for me, considering my budget, short/long term goals, ect. I would suggest to anyone, especially in their early 20s, to look into setting themselves up for the future with life insurance, now!! This office makes it less scary and as hard as it all seems.
